
Giuseppe Rosi is a young associate professor (Maître de Conference, MCF) at the Université Paris-Est Créteil. He is an expert in generalised Continua and orthopaedic implant stability assessment. He develops his research in biomechanics at the MSME laboratory, focusing on generalised connua applied to the characterisaon of architectured materials and bone-implant stability. He authored 40 articles, published in peer-reviewed international journals, with an h-index of 18 and he holds two patents concerning orthopaedic devices. He obtained a PEPS grant in 2017 (HipImpact). Since 2019 he is co-director of the CNRS International Research Project (IRP) Coss&Vita on Generalised Continua and applicationons to engineering materials and structures.
